Peter is an attorney engaged in the general practice of law in all of the Hawaiian islands. He has successfully litigated cases both at trial and on appeal, including before the Hawai‘i Supreme Court. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, land use, land conservation, and transactions.
Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002, and has a Bachelors of Arts from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. Peter has practiced law in Texas since 2002 and in Hawai‘i since 2012.
Peter has also served on non-profit boards, including most recently as the director at large of the Santa Fe Conservation Trust in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 2018 to 2025.
